Q: Guidelines for Scanning or Photographing your Original

Scanning: Use a flatbed scanner as that will not damage your original. Scan at a resolution of 300dpi or higher. Photograph: Place the Original on a flat surface. Make sure that it is well lit and that there are no shadows. Stand with your camera directly above the photo and capture an image that fills as much of your screen as possible. Make sure the image is not blurred. IF THE IMAGE IS IN A FRAME DO NOT REMOVE IT. Maximum file size is 10 meg. JPEG, PNG or PDF files are accepted.
